  5. Purpose:  Allows anyone to create web pages without having to learn HTML code
  6.     you work with push buttons, plain text and file names.  Supports GIF,
  7.     WAV, e-mail and other pages or sites.  Allows you to change text and
  8.     background colors or to include a single, fixed background texture.
  9.     This is a shareware demo.

  11. Installation:  The program requires PKUNZIP 1.1 or higher to extract the program
  12.         elements.  Once you have extracted all the elements you run INSTALL.EXE
  13.         and this program automatically installs all program elements into a new
  14.         directory called OTTMTL and places the run-time into the system directory.

  16. Status:  This program is shareware, the code is copyrighted.  There is no time limit on
  17.     using this program.  Registered users who pay the nominal shareware fee get upgrades
  18.     of the more complete commercial version which has more features.  Unregistered users
  19.     are free to use this demo program for as long as they want.  There is no time limit
  20.     or shut-down clock.

  22. Distrubution status:  This program may be distributed freely so long as all program files,
  23.             and readme elements are included and no charges are made except for
  24.             a nominal fee for disk copying (and the purchaser must be notified
  25.             that none of that money reaches me and does not apply to the shareware
  26.             fees required).  ISPs can include this in their package, provided
  27.             the package is given away for free or only a fee for the disks.
  28.             Shareware distributors can put this onto CD ROM under the same 
  29.             conditions that only a nominal fee is charged for the disk.
